Agreed Divorce — No Children

Starting at $1,500 (includes court filing fees)

This option is appropriate when spouse agree on all issues and there are no minor children involved.

Agreed Divorce — With Children

Starting at $2,000.00 (includes court filing fees)

For parents who have reached an agreement regarding conservatorship, possession, and child support.

Includes:

• Initial consultation and case evaluation

• Preparation and filing of divorce pleadings

• Final Decree of Divorce

• Coordination of signatures

• Prove-up preparation (written or hearing if required)

• One round of reasonable revisions

Divorce with children also includes:

• Standard conservatorship provisions

• Child support calculations

• Health and dental insurance terms

• Standard possession schedule

• Required child-related disclosures

Not Included in the Base Divorce Fee:

• Service of process (if required)

• Real estate deeds or property transfers

• Retirement division (QDROs)

• Contested negotiations or hearings

• Enforcements of existing orders

• Custom Possession Schedules

• Attorney court appearances

À La Carte Services: Some divorces require additional documents to transfer ownership.

• Real Estate Deed Preparation:
  $500 per deed (if deed information provided)
  $850 per deed (if research/preparation required)

• Vehicle Transfers: $200 per vehicle

• QDRO / Retirement Division: Quoted separately

• Other Property Transfers Quoted Separately

Agreed Modifications

When circumstances change, prior orders most always be updated by agreement.

• Child Support Modification: $1,500

• Standard Possession Modification: $1,750

• Conservatorship + Support Modification: $2,000

Every family is different. When parents need a customized schedule beyond standard orders, MsW Law can help.

Custom Possession Schedule:

$400 per hour or flat quote depending on complexity.

Court Appearances

Most agreed cases do not require appearances. If an in-person court appearance is required:

$400 per hour (2-hour minimum)

General Pricing Terms

• Flat fees include standard court filing fees

• Fees are due prior to filing

• Pricing assumes full agreement between parties

• Contested hearings, discovery, or enforcement are not included

• Service of process and third-party costs are separate

• The other party must sign a waiver of service if unrepresented
